Today is June 25th and I am halfway through week 3 now! The workouts are similar just 10 reps instead of 12. I am trying to go really heavy. I also added an extra leg day on Sunday which was great! I weighed in this morning at home at 168.8! I'm so happy! Getting close to my 160 goal.
On another note last Tuesday was Kate's last day of speech therapy. I know this is great! She has made so much progress, but also a little bittersweet. We will miss Ms. Kristle.

Live Fit Trainer
Well I am halfway through week 2 of Jamie Eason’ live fit trainer. I am feeling great! The first week was rough with no cardio. I felt like I was making no progress and gaining weight. I took the weekend off and ate what I wanted thinking this would help get my metabolism going again. I think it helped as I have lost another pound since last week. I have decided to fit in a day of cardio this weekend if my legs will allow it LOL! I am trying to vary my calories and carbs this week and it seems to be helping. I had a cheat night last night and I basically ate more just kept it clean. Looking forward to eating what I want this weekend of course within some reason!
