17 Weeks!

I can't believe I am already 17 weeks! This pregnancy really is going by fast. It's weird though sometimes it just doesn't seem real. I think after our ultrasound this coming Tuesday and when the baby starts moving it will feel more real. I am feeling great now. I think I finally got over the morning sickness around 16 weeks. It seems to have been much worse with this baby than with Luke and Lauren, so I really have no clue what this baby is. At first I thought boy, but now I am leaning toward girl. I can't wait to find out. We are having a gender reveal party on September 4th or 5th!

I decided not to start the weekly progesterone shots at 16 weeks. I talked to Dr. Wheeler about it and she was great. She said it was totally my choice, and she didn't act like I needed to start them. I can start them when I go back at 20 weeks or not at all. I'm not sure about this. We will have to see!

I am really looking forward to our ultrasound on Tuesday (Aug. 23rd). I am so ready to see the baby again! I am praying that everything looks great. Even though our 12 week scan went great I am still a little worried. If everything looks good at this scan I should be able to relax, although I am still going to ask for an echo again. You can never have too much assurance, and I can't stand the thought of not knowing for sure that baby's heart is healthy. Just a few more days and we will get to see this little peanut again!
